Pluspunten
- Lots of the same things from reviews in 2018; great, hardworking coworkers - Flexible daily working schedule. - Interesting products and industry to work in - Three weeks of vacation (though you do have to accrue the hours monthly). - Bonuses can be negotiated for those joining the development team (rare in other departments, however) - Looks good on your resume for new grads (a great placeholder until you move onto bigger and better things)
Minpunten
- No sick days; no difference between sick days or vacation/time off - all lumped together. - No working from home program when most work could easily be done remotely. - Low salaries, low raises and high turnover across all departments - Low morale due to increasing workloads and aforementioned turnover - Lack of transparency and collaboration across departments - Micromanagement from upper management, CEO and CFO - Poor internal communication - Limited learning opportunities in most departments due to lack of mentorship (no experienced workers left to mentor new hires). - HR is good friends with the CEO so issues may be difficult to bring up/resolve. - No consistent HR or HR policies - she only only works part time and is sometimes in only a few times a month
