We know how these issues can affect morale, trust, and job satisfaction, and we want you to know that we're listening.
We’re excited that Distributed is now under new ownership as part of an acquisition, although appreciate the journey has been challenging. We believe this change will bring more stability and address many of the concerns you’ve raised. It’s a fresh start, and we’re working hard to strengthen our financial position and improve communication at all levels of the company.

Payment Delays: With the acquisition, we’re restructuring our financial processes to ensure everyone is paid on time moving forward. This is a top priority for the leadership team.
Job Security & Redundancies: While we’ve had to make some tough decisions recently, we’re committed to minimising further disruptions. The leadership is focused on stabilising the workforce and providing clearer communication about the company’s direction and job security.
