Technicians can barely write their own names and will misdiagnose cars with no care. Be prepared to work six day weeks all the time. Someone on vacation? You’re working six days. You have an emergency? That day you call in is now your day off, doesn’t matter what you had planned with your family. You’re working. They implore you to buy the cheapest parts possible but sell them at an absorbent retail price. Super shady upper management and ownership. They do not care one bit about work/life balance. If they could have you sleep in a cot in the tire room just to keep you on the building, they would. Stay far away
