Projects, products and internal org structures change daily. Resources are thin and we're told to "adopt AI in all things within 6 months." Sr mgmt trying to stay relevant by "solving" problems that don't exist and pushing agendas that don't benefit anyone aside from themselves. HR asking people to write positive reviews to offset reality um... ok??
