Very frustrating working within a familiar, old fashion company that doesnt want to embrace change and adopt to digital markets. Prepare to ever changing priorities and a lot of non sense pressure. No budget and a lot of change management is needed. As a Digital lead is difficult to achieve results due to a low performance and dependency on IT departments. The company has a couple of years promising good bonus and as results (retail) are not met they are not paid.
