Minpunten
- Understaffed in some departments. Can be stressful.
- Little room for position advancement. This is often made up for in salary/raises.
- Low flexibility with work schedule. (Currently working to improve)
- Vacation time accrual starts off strong but is a bit slow after the first couple of years.
