Pay, lack of career growth, the company's inability to cope with changes or implement employee recommendations. The annual raises are so low that it does not provide any incentive or motivation for people to work harder. The pay discrepancy between a lazy employee who is doing the minimum vs. another employee who goes above and beyond is so minimal that it's not worth the effort to work hard. In the long run, the company is filled with lazy people who can't get a job elsewhere, but complains about how they hate DDS for the rest of their professional lives.
