Minpunten

They were hiring new people 2 weeks before mass company wide layoffs, and laid off people they had hired two weeks prior (clearly knowing this was coming.) Extremely questionable leadership decisions and lack of transparency. Need people with understanding of financial operations on the leadership team. Customers are often unhappy, and operations are chaotic.

Really great team full of kind and supportive people who were all incredibly smart and motivated. Engineering culture was surprisingly mature for such a small and young team, which was a credit to engineering leadership themselves being great individual contributors beyond their managerial duties.

Minpunten

We were hiring incredibly rapidly immediately before multiple rounds of layoffs. It was an almost overnight shift that not only heavily impacted morale but made me question our leadership for why they had noticed the these negative signals so late.
