None. Only a few people are truly talented and know what they are doing. rest is off the street and either family / friends OR cant find job elsewhere and decided to join.

Harassing work culture, no organizational values, high on politics and pointing fingers at employees instead of focusing on business, even though employee survey suggest many issues there is no action since management is favorable to its own friends and family members, No long term plan only looking at making quick gains and profit, most directors lack business acumen and basic understanding and sometime show they are not there for a long term either & it is challenging to make them see the bigger picture.... jobs can be affected by management mood swing.
