Pluspunten
The only advantage of working here is that their hours are from 8-4:30 so you get to beat a lot of the rush hour traffic as it is located in between Los Angeles and Orange County where there is usually a ton of traffic. That and the fact that they actually take COVID seriously so there are measures in place to keep employees healthy.
Minpunten
The management at this company has no idea how to run a real business and says that they welcome new ideas but when you give input, they will brush it off and never even attempt to implement your suggestions. They constantly just have you do busy work and cultivate a very toxic work environment as they completely discourage any conversation between employees. They are obsessed with micro-managing you and in my time there, I never met an employee that genuinely enjoyed working there. Most of them were miserable and sticking it out only for the money. The organizational management of this company is a disaster and that is why they have an extremely high employee turnover rate.
