Workloads are consistently unrealistic and expectations are not aligned with available resources. Communication from management is often unclear or inconsistent, which creates confusion across teams and leads to unnecessary stress. The culture can feel exclusionary, with favoritism and what many employees describe as a “boys club” environment. Employees who raise concerns or ask for clarity often feel dismissed rather than supported. There is also little transparency around decisions that impact workloads and career progression.
