They flex management doesn't really care what most people do, so if you are incompetent you will be allowed to sleep on forklifts and other power equipment throughout the day. Instead of paying you a fare wage, you can have a stale bagel every once and awhile to compensate for not being able to afford food. If you enjoy mma/boxing or fighting in general, your criminal coworkers will love to "scrap" with you once in awhile on the clock, inbetween working the trucks..
