The company currently lacks clear art direction or a defined style guide. There are no dedicated concept artists, so 3D artists are responsible for the entire pipeline, including concepting, modeling, texturing, and implementation into Unity. Feedback on designs often depends solely on the company owner, who also acts as the art director. This process can be unpredictable, as approvals are based on subjective preferences that may change frequently. Additionally, there are no mood boards or detailed item descriptions to work from; instead, guidance often comes from a script that is subject to frequent changes.
