horrid hours, horrid pay. The bonus structure on the surface sounds amazing, while on the backside the owner, who is an egotistical maniac, knows he's built in a endless web of untraceable, loop holes to snake you out of ever seeing a bonus check. The Company is Mismanaged from the top down. The Owner will promote the top salesmen to GM roles despite whether or not they have the ability to run a store. Being able to sell does not have any bearing on management skills. Even if You are lucky enough to be placed in one of the few productive stores the company has you will have the misfortune of having to come behind the biggest Scum of the earth service writers who have tainted the whole customer experience prior to you being able to show anything different then what they already have perceived because the men before you lied, and literally stole from them before you stood a chance. Don't even get me started on those stupid 5 pack oil changes! What a joke, the owner even admits it a ploy to sucker people into being stuck with them for at least five visits so they can beat you upside the head with recommendations for repairs. Thank The Lord I have moved on to a much better shop and environment.
