Unfortunately, the product lacks direction and continued success, which impacts overall confidence in the company’s future. There is constant reorgs of management, leading to instability and confusion. The persistent threat of RIFs creates a culture of fear rather than innovation. SLT lacks transparency, and there’s little to no room for career progression, unless you're favored by your manager. Opportunities aren’t distributed fairly; politics and favoritism are evident.

Very little room for growth. No real sense of job security due to the constant layoffs. Execs chase the latest and greatest trends, only to abandon projects halfway through. There’s no real sense of leadership or direction—where’s the company headed? What’s the actual goal of [xyz] project?
