Work environment, company leadership is a joke, KPI expectations are not realistic, plays favorites with managers, money burn, lack of training and organization, poor relations with business partner, model will fail in USA.

as a startup you have to be on your toes it is not a job for anyone since there is no set way of doing things but you need to have an entrepreneur mentality

It's a start-up, with that comes growing pains and change. It's not the work environment that works for everyone, but if you are someone who likes to be part of building the foundation of a company, it's 100% the place for you.
