Literally everything else. Do you like being taken advantage of? Do you like being constantly yelled at and thrown under the bus by your managers, even though no one has trained you on anything? Do you like raising concerns that get written down on toilet paper, wiped through upper management's butt crack and then flushed down the toilet? Do you like working overtime for people that don't appreciate anything you do? If so, then this is the place for you!!!

In theory, there are many pros. During the interview process, they claimed to be flexible, with work from home, unlimited PTO, and other perks.

Minpunten

In reality, the quite literally abusive, narcissistic head of product will use all of those against you. I have never experienced such anxiety as I have at this job. I’m pretty sure she loves catching mistakes, or changing the rules on the spot to “catch” you. I’m not the only person this has happened to, yet she was promoted while I was here and the company continuously sides with abuse. I can only imagine what is happening in other departments. Steer clear if you value your sanity and self-esteem.
