It was a seamless process where there was a lot of mutual learning. The pay was good and the hours were manageable too

Could've used a few more hours and some more hands on work when it came to teaching or setting up materials.

This is a great experience and my team was excited to work with undergrads. I learned a lot and participated in stand up meetings.

It really varies based on your team and how much experience you are able to contribute. Sometimes the teams don't have a clear role for you or there's a lack of communication.
