Dust has made the bold choice of having a "horizontal" type structure where decision making is mostly quite organic and driven by peer to peer trust

Not for the faint of heart or those seeking to be told what to do (horizontal structure). Initiative and self reliance is a key factor to success here. Super easy to get imposture syndrom due to the super high talent density. All information is shared in written form so can be quite overwhelming at first. (our slack channel is insane) People are quite senior here too so can be daunting for younger profiles but what a learning experience if you can make it through the door. Work load is intense, use agents to help you out !
