Good pay and overtime availability

Minpunten

No clear direction from management. They let charge hands make decisions regarding peoples employment with no consultation. This led to an illegal situation where the company has failed to provide ROE's, pay stubs, and any information about what happened. Be prepared to be blind sided as there are never any attempts to proactively communicate expectations, so you just have to hope you hit them.

Everyone was pleasant to work with including Senior Artists and CEOs. They taught me so much.

Minpunten

Long Hours and Fixed Pay. They were upfront about it, but that doesn't mean it's a healthy habit to have.
