Good work environment, The people and management truly care.

Too much on everyone's plate to learn the industry properly. The people with the most experience are over worked and the newer employees are left to learn "trial by fire".

Pluspunten

The industry is growing as data centers infrastructure is built out and traditional transmission and distribution grows to meet grid demand. The team strikes a good balance of being committed to achieving positive outcomes and understanding that being flexible with employees not only makes them happier to do their work but also gives them the tools they need to succeed.

Minpunten

While a lack of rigorous policy can be beneficial in allowing flexibility, it can be frustrating when necessary documentation is insufficient, and the company does not have a culture of prioritizing making processes easier for those who may follow.

Pluspunten

There are HUGE opportunities for this small company to grow rapidly. And, there are many excellent, very experienced, knowledgeable employees (but they aren't happy).

Minpunten

Pay is on the low end of the scale, yet management expects 110% effort. There is no consideration for employees' work-life balance - that's an alien concept. Management has allowed a few critical current and former employees to create chaos, seriously damaging morale and jeopardizing the business.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. We certainly agree with your comment that Dynamic Ratings is fortunate and proud to have hired many excellent, very experienced, knowledgeable employees. As businesses like ours enjoy continued growth it presents many new opportunities and challenges. Our global growth is driving our need for increased staffing. We continue to add talent and experience to our team. Therefore, we have made a number of changes to the candidate screening process and we expect to see a continual improvement in the area of hiring. Our business is designing, manufacturing and servicing custom “Engineered to Order” solutions tailored to our customer’s unique problems. Once we are awarded a customer’s project, we are committed to their scope and timeline. It is acknowledged that there are many employees who give 110%, often to overcome unforeseen challenges that became apparent after customer commitments were made. The efforts of our employees is what has enabled our business to be as successful as it has. Many of our employees thrive on this type of challenge. Studies show and management acknowledges that a poor fit may, in your words “create chaos”. Dynamic Ratings managers are committed to being fair to the employees by providing them time and opportunity to resolve performance issues. Our compensation programs take into account, company and employee results and behavior. These programs can reward the highest performers and may be the reason why we do get the 110% effort. No doubt, a company growing as fast as Dynamic Ratings will continue to have both challenges and opportunities. We recognize that our employees are the key to continued success.
