Dynamic is an absolute joke of a company. If you enjoy being disrespected daily, talked to like a dog, and overworked with no annual cost of living adjustment or potential for promotion, then this is the place for you. Owner is a woman who micromanages and stomps all over people. Wants to grow all of a sudden, after owning the company for 30+ years (thanks to inheriting it from her dad) because she's trying to prep for her retirement - but does NOT want to spend money or time planning or strategizing. Big aspirations backed by no real plans. Only has 2 customers, but somehow expects to win over dozens in a short term period. Employee morale is zero. Owner's minion (COO) is a total jerk too.
