1. Flexible in and out timings 2. Work from home facility. 3. Fun and work culture. 4. Good place for a fresher up to 2 years only.

Minpunten

1. No work life balance. 2. Management treats their employees as slaves just like "we will through money on face, just work for us like a donkey". 3. Full of partialities. If you maintain good rappo with your manager, you don't need to work at all. Just come to office and play. 4. Bonus plans and hike policies are like fixed to a person, not based on individual performance or any other factors. 5. If you stay here for more than 2 years, you can't go out. Because your mind can not work for another job outside.

I am sorry you feel this way. As you know Dynata has put a lot of focus and energy into trying to create a culture to inspire people to learn and grow while building their careers with the company. We frequently survey our employees to get a pulse on the organization and have implemented many programs as a result of hearing from our teams across the globe. flexable hours and reliiable pay for the hours you work. paid bi-weekly

Minpunten

you had a quota of calls you had to have daily and complete surveys. I could not make people answer their phones. i had to keep people on phone to complete surveys. some surveys would take 30mins! i could get completes. but i got cussed at and screamed at very regularly. i could still get a complete survey even being cussed at. but they kept making itarder with new quota requirements. it became a job that was way too stressful. hours dried up after presidential election. it wasnt very reliable on hours.

The lines of communication need to be better. When given your daily assignments. The pay could be better for all the stress and headaches.
