1. They promised to onboard and train me in my first month, but it never happened because most of their engineers left, and they laid me off after 1 month with ridiculous reasons. How would you feel about that if you are a new hire and you got laid off only after 4 weeks? I'm sure they have many excuses but it's simply not humane and moral to do that.

3. Bad benefits: they offer you medical insurance only because it's mandatory; PTO is only 5 days in your first year and I believe you can't go on PTO as you want to; 0% 401k match; No relocation assistance; No severance package
