Pluspunten
Despite broader cultural challenges, there are still many talented, passionate individuals across the business who are committed to doing great work. I especially enjoyed working with my immediate team and direct manager, who were consistently supportive and collaborative.
Minpunten
The culture at ELMO Software is increasingly toxic, driven by poor senior and executive leadership that fosters a reactive, rather than strategic, work environment. There is little to no room for meaningful planning or genuine dialogue, employees are expected to agree without question, creating a “yes” culture where alternative viewpoints are discouraged or outright dismissed. Leadership consistently speaks in vague corporate jargon terms like “love matches” and “holistic approaches” are thrown around frequently, yet rarely come with any clear direction or actionable meaning. Meanwhile, highly capable talent continues to walk out the door, often treated with disregard or even disdain upon exit. The company appears more focused on maintaining control and optics than supporting innovation, diversity of thought, or long-term employee engagement.
