Unfortunately, the leadership team is toxic. They’re reactive, retaliatory, and take no accountability for addressing feedback. HR is complicit, turning a blind eye to issues and playing along with leadership tactics. Engagement surveys? Ignored or buried. Exit surveys from high performers and long-time employees? Blatantly disregarded. Staff turnover is at an all-time high, with good people leaving faster than they can be replaced. Intimidation and bullying are common, with some managers using fear instead of collaboration to get results.
