free health insurance (and it's awesome) casual dress code company mission / rewarding work

Minpunten

very poor management (at the top level) & poor communication (at all levels) pay isn't great - but about par for the industry long hours and odd schedules lack of training no teamwork / lack of cohesion nothing gets done unless you are the squeaky wheel (and always include the manager's manager)

I love knowing that I am making a difference in lives every day. The insurance and benefits are absolutely unmatched. Free health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance. Plus an amazing pension.

Minpunten

The work can be difficult and challenging, but I know I make a difference in the lives of others.

The clients are super. They make everything else almost worth it. Free health insurance and it's pretty comprehensive. They do have some good employees working there, but can be far and few between.

Minpunten

Mgmt. is a nightmare. Communication is subpar at best. They did away with raises based on time worked there and the past few years those just coming into the agency make the same as many of those who have been there for 3, 4, and 5 years. Don't look for bonuses or raises based on merit. It's union so the raises are across the board.
