Our HR department consistently listens to employees for ways to improve, even adding benefits that employees requested outside of our open enrollment period. ENSCO’s holiday schedule includes a floating holiday that was created to allow employees time to celebrate with family while still maintaining availability for our customers. We respect our contractors and appreciate their hard work and dedication; however, we are not in control of contractor benefits, including holidays. Contractor benefits are defined by their employer.
