Pluspunten
The pay is very competitive and as long as you can hit your goal month to month the job is somewhate stable. There is an ability to hit bonus but it changes month to month and you really need favoritism to do extremely well
Minpunten
The management has no real "management education" and can tend to treat employees as if they are in preschool. Favoritism and bending of rules for specific employees (especially ones managers graduated high school with/go out drinking with) so that they can hit goal and make bonus while other employees have to earn it on their own. Lots of competitiveness on the floor that leads to people "snaking" accounts and lacking proper "golden rule" etiquette. The technology is also very outdated ie: slow computers, broken phones, etc. How can you expect employees to maximize their potential without the proper tools. (Carpenters with nail guns work faster than carpenters with hammers...) Last but not least, the company promises many opportunities to move forward but there really are not many, especially if you are not "in" with the upper management.
