EPAM as a organization is great. I've loved it.
I never had any issues in EPAM when I compared with my previous companies.
EPAM is basically a remote job, provides macbook pro for sure (for devs :) )
No one cares about how many leaves you have taken, no one disturbs you on your vacation.. No one asks you about your personal mobile number..
And basically it is 8AM to 5PM job.. So everything is great..
