EPAM is big and thus it has mature internal rules, grow courses, comfortable place to work at, excellent device/computers support and many more. You will have everything you need for work there. Even more you'll have a chance to attend free English courses, you will have your own mentor and mentorship program that will help you grow as a professional. In EPAM you'll have a possibility to switch between projects and thus to work with wider technology stack. Free space has its disadvantages, sometimes it may distract you so it may be hard to stay focused on what you do. Since it is about outsourcing you'll probably work on several projects per 1-2 years (it may be an advantage though for someone).

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
