For those on early stages in career - opportunity to be assigned to big client and grow For those who ready to explore - pretty flexible in arranging transfers within US and between industries / practices. Pretty mild bench management policies.

      Not all accounts are equal, obviously. But assignment will be influenced more by current location rather than skill set or aspirations. After certain point, very limited opportunities to grow - move to the same position or similar position in another account likely.
