1. They say they provide you home drop for women employees in the night. If you reside near by to the office they are happy to give you drop. If you are from far distance its your fate, you will not get drop. 2. Your skill set is not matched with the project requirements. If you are not ready to accept the project, you will be fired. 3. People on bench should be prepared mentally to listen to the words "THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, TODAY IS YOUR LAST WORKING DAY". 4. As some one said, people were given chances, if that was true no question of fire outs would happen in a company. 5. You will be drowned to a level where you will loose confidence on you and feel like killing yourself with their words, and it is the process of fire out. ( the reason they give for your fire out is your feedback even though the resource is on bench). 6. There are no projects from Epam to Alliance, so people are on bench. If you are on bench, its a clear cut sign that you will be thrown out of the company one fine morning. BE READY. 7. They cal fire out very professionally an opportunity given to the employee to search for a new job.

Pluspunten

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Minpunten

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
