-EPAM India is a 1000 people strong organization with 20% net addition every year. 5 big & reputed logos (Finance, Retail, Mobile, Product Development, Banking sector) have started projects with EPAM India in 2017. We have expanded operations and opened a new centre in Pune. We are also building RPA & AI competency in India.
-We believe in "value the Individual", one of our core value and therefore built people management tools like Personal Development Plan, Unified Assessment, Feedback assessment tool that captures 360 degree feedback and no bell curve, mentoring programs, universities to build delivery management and solution architects, technical events like Software Engineering Conference and IT week to showcase technical capabilities, various reward mechanisms etc -We believe strongly in helping our employees continue to succeed in their careers, and we do this through Unified Assessment (UA). UA is a process to promote right talent with appropriate skills and capabilities to higher levels. This is an unbiased process where employee is assessed by a panel of experts to ensure skill and capabilities across regions are similar.
