It is exciting and great experience working with colleagues from different countries and cultures. Believe me I gained lot of good experience working with professionals across the globe - Provides a awesome compensation and hikes. I got a very good hike which was beyond my expectations. - Encourages learning culture and you can always get trained and hands on latest tech stuff. It has various programs where we can set our career targets and Grow.

- If you are stagnant in your technological domain and cannot work hard learning new technologies then EPAM is not suitable for you. - Very straight forward company and expects a lot technological expertise from engineers

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Minpunten

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
