- You can discuss everything with the management - They actually listen to employees - Good workflow, easy to remember internal urls (not like ucdf.epam.com, but time.epam.com ) - I resigned due to personal reasons, I got a birthday present during my notice period. Which company does this? - Company tablet - Helpful HR ( In a program they had 3 years of experience requirement I had 2+freelancing during university studies, HR forwarded my request to the program manager instead of saying "no way this is what is written for me" )

- Default 20 vacation days (in Switzerland) - In Switzerland you usually have to work at the client (not always tho)

Many thanks for your valuable feedback. We are working hard every day, to make the employment at EPAM inspiring and engaging. We value the individual. Minimum 3 times a year, we ask employees for their anonymous feedback, learn from it and put changes into place. One is, that we are going to increase vacation default for Switzerland to 5 week or 25 days for all FTE employees per 2021. We are proud about our culture and the forward looking spirit.

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Minpunten

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
