EPAM is oriented towards creating better SDP practices and better workplaces, it cares about its employees and is committed to deliver quality to its customers, so you will be working in a honest workplace.

As the company gets large the bureaucracy and red tape do creep in. However the management is excelling at fighting this uphill battle.
