Awesome medical policy. 10 lakhs coverage including spouse, 2 kids and parents. Top up available. 5. Transparent promotion system. Individuals can nominate for promotion subjected to passing an global expert committee panel assessment. 6. Best in the market self learning and training system. EPAM won the Linkedin award for best employer for learning infrastructure. 7. Great work life balance ( as per my experience). It depends on the project though. 8. Encouraging and recognising management. Management will keep encouraging employees for promotion and help them with assign them to a focus group learning team. 9. No variable pay in package. 10. Great reimbursement categories. 11. Great referral bonus.

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
