EPAM offers a fast paced environment with a strong sense of direction and purpose. We are an energetic bunch who are passionate about technology innovation, our employees and our clients. Good leadership teams who care about their business areas and the teams they work with. Not a micro-management environment but there are good opportunities to be autonomous and manage your own work independently in order to make a real difference. Very friendly and helpful global colleagues. EPAM is in a constant state of change as we continue to relentlessly grow and improve whilst offering a stable progressive career. We offer a lively culture with a flexible work/life balance where hard work is rewarded. In the current market, I can't think of a better place to work!!

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Minpunten

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
