Employees with no current project assignment are considered to be on the bench. We hope you understand that while on the bench, you are still eligible for employee benefits.       Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
