      - Mucha rotación de personal, equipos inestables - Falta de liderazgo con gente por arriba con poca profesionalidad - Muchísima burocracia - Nepotismo - Quieren sacar dinero de lo que hacen a toda costa a base de salarios bajos, entregas en tiempos imposibles y una calidad mínima de aplicaciones

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
