Work life balance with WFH employee friendly conducts many cultural events higher packages many tax benefits for every employee including fuel, internet, attire and also car lease policy learning is good when project gets ramp down they will conduct incubation to brush up your skills to meet market requirements and they will propose for multiple projects

many projects are getting rampdown because of higher salary quotation to clients (this info is based on inside information but not sure about actual reason)
