Struggle to list the pros, I have been mistreated by the company as I have been performing at the next level and they raised my title but not my salary.

Company does not fairly compensate people, expect you to perform outside of your job title and role, but insists on paying you less, pay increases are covered in red tape and all requests go the the very top who reject those requests.
