* Sponsoring relocation to the US and the GC process. * Won't fire you right away if you are out of contract. * You can work and relocate to a new project and place. * Your EPAM management can help and support you in interacting with the customer's management. * Education compensation. * A possibility to find an assignment with a good work-life balance.

Minpunten

* You are a salaried contractor with medical insurance. * The payment rate is way less than that of a typical contractor. * As a contractor, the only real career path is to manage other contractors or run sales for customers. * Double management. You will have to report to both the customer's management and EPAM's management. Double meetings and bureaucracy. * Your main KPI are reviews from the customers. Your main job is to ask customer managers to give good feedback for your EPAM management. * Hard to build long-term relationships and a solid background. As a contractor, you can lose an assignment at any moment. * Low to almost non-existent bonuses. * Company stocks have dropped by more than 400% since 2022. * The only growing offices in 2024 were in India.

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Minpunten

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
