Nice people in some areas, good location, interesting work from a design role

Management there due to being there a while and don't have a clue about their staff in some areas. Poor communication between teams. If you don't'fit in' you're hindered. Management don't want to question how things are done. Management don't want you to progress. Car parking poor.

Thank you for your feedback, however it is disappointing to hear that you wouldn't recommend Utiligroup. I would like to inform you that Utiligroup always endeavour to improve the business and the working culture.
- friendly atmosphere, usually low stress
- was able to work remotely

- employees that have been here forever are mailing it in
- often sign up for contracts that cost more to service than we make
- delivery team understaffed
- every team is just remnants of a different company acquisition that is never fully absorbed
