      Prospective employees - DEMAND TO SEE THE CONTRACT BEFORE HANDING IN NOTICE! - Utiligroup refused to show employment contract until first day of role. Terms are extremely bias towards employer compared to most standard contracts. - Probation period of 2 years. - Notice period of a week until 2 years employment. - No outside interests allowed, without exception (excluding shareholdings) - Poor management, little work given until clearance of BS7858 - expected to sit at laptop with no work until check is cleared.

We apologise for any confusion you may have, however we noticed many of the points you have listed are incorrect; for example our standard probation period is 6 months. We pride ourselves in being transparent, any offer letter supplied before employment is very detailed as it relates to the terms and conditions of the employment.       - friendly atmosphere, usually low stress - was able to work remotely

      - ancient systems - employees that have been here forever are mailing it in - often sign up for contracts that cost more to service than we make - delivery team understaffed - every team is just remnants of a different company acquisition that is never fully absorbed
