Relative good balance between work and life as hours as concerned

No career growing opportunities for contractors that are being paid the half as staff and are second class employees. Highy corrutive driven politics, collection of castles and very filthy environment with permanent people living in bubbles/glasses. There is no hesitation for mobbing, even if that is intiated by personal or imaginery incentives and that has driven lot of people to quit, societal issues and family problems, health problems and on suicide in the past. Only for young and new people in the business to acquire experiences and for some professionals for better income from the private sector during some career stages.

Zeer constructieve werkomgeving met multidisciplinaire werkgroepen. De condities zijn erg goed en ik denk niet dat je deze condities zomaar ergens anders vindt. Ook stagiairs mogen deelnemen aan cursussen en het beste is dat dit voor hen gratis is. Soms is het mogelijk om externe conferenties en bijeenkomsten bij te wonen (hangt sterk af van de groep/afdeling)

Afgestudeerde stagiairs (zelfs als ze al een PhD hebben behaald of werkervaring hebben in de sector) worden niet als werknemer beschouwd en mogen daarom geen enkel werk doen met enige verantwoordelijkheid. Dus het werk zelf kan vaak minimaal uitdagend zijn.
