      First hand experience on the well site and includes a retainer, which most mining companies do not offer.

      Minpunten

      The industry is at an all time low and no sign of recovery. Job security is dangerously low!

      Pluspunten

      Good for flexible lifestyles with lots of time off. Great for 1st year Uni grads to get some rig and work experience. Young coworkers offer quick friends. Services offered (our products) are pretty affordable and professional. New office is helpful to the local (non-field based) staff. Great intentions to improving OHS and standardize policies.

      Minpunten

      Known to be a quick stepping stone, turn over rate is very high. The company knows this and is not putting forth any efforts to keep employees. Communication is poor from the management if you are field based.
