Pluspunten
The direct team I worked with in Lehi was great, and I got along really well with co-workers. WFH flexibility was nice, but there was always a looming urge to "be there" to make sure the higher-ups saw you.
Minpunten
The recent mass layoff decision, made after a year of growth and increased profitability, is shocking. It is clear that the people on top making decisions only care about the potential sell of the company. When mass layoffs happened it was very cold, not personal, and seemed like it was done that way so that the managers didn't have to face people. During hiring the thought of equity and getting shares is promoted as a large part of the pros to joining - but they likely will be worthless as they will probably do layoffs again before selling. Sadly it seems like the actual good employees are staying on because they have too much equity to leave.
