      Pluspunten

      I have the opportunity to collaborate on requirements and build software for some of the most tech savvy companies in the world (HP, AT&T, Intel, GE, ...). Additionally, I have the opportunity to own my work and provide input through all dev stages (requirements, design, dev, test scripts, QA). As a small company, we also do a good job at being agile and progressive with new technologies. Everyone on the team has incredibly high standards when it comes to the quality of our code.

      We have big customers with big expectations. This can lead to times when an extra push is needed to deliver enhancements on time.

      The work ethic and caliber of employees at Ecosystems are exceptional from leadership all the way through to each individual contributor. For a smaller org and team, this company provides incredible impact and outcomes for enterprise customers and for each employee as well. My professional experience and business acumen will only grow and flourish from my time spent here. The culture is also excellent and you really feel like you're a part of an important and tight-knit team.

      Not really any cons unless you don't like working hard. It's a lot of work and effort but the success is rewarding and fulfilling, and the whole company is working hard along side you.
